Zebre 30 Ospreys 27

Zebre did Ulster a huge favour this evening as they held on for a narrow win against the Ospreys, seriously damaging the Welsh side's hopes of gaining a play-off berth ahead of Mark Anscombe's side.

The result guarantees Munster a place in the knockout stages and all but ends the Ospreys hopes of overhauling Ulster and making the top four.

A dramatic clash was decided in the last minute when replacement Zebre scrumhalf Guglielmo Palazzani crossed for the crucial score after earlier scores for Giovanbattista Venditti and Brendan Leonard.
