Gareth Delany becomes the latest Irish player to sign for an Abu Dhabi T10 franchise after being announced as a replacement player for the Northern Warriors, the competition's defending champions.

The ten-over tournament, set to begin on November 19th, also features Paul Stirling (Team Abu Dhabi) and Curtis Campher (Maratha Arabians), while Josh Little joins Delany in the Warriors squad. Kevin O'Brien continues the Warriors' Irish theme as he takes up a role on the coaching staff.

Ireland bowler Mark Adair was due to link up with the Arabians, but has been forced to withdraw after tearing his oblique during the recent defeat to Namibia. He is expected to be out for a period of six weeks.

Paul Stirling was also an injury concern after splitting his finger webbing during the same game, but is expected to be fit to travel to Abu Dhabi.
