The need for Finn Harps to win is becoming more urgent and while the recent scoring record of tonight's opponents hardly augers well for them, the fact that they have conceded so many might get Jonathon Speak's hopes up.

The Harps boss has Jonathan Minnock back from suspension, so Ray Kenny will revert to left back with Trevor Scanlon dropping back to the bench. It is up front, however, that he will be looking for an improvement after a series of games in which goals have been hard to come by.

Bohemians, meanwhile, will be without Shaun Maher as the central defender is suffering from an infection while Mark Rutherford and Kevin Hunt, both of whom picked up knee injuries in the win over UCD, are considered doubtful, although both could still play.

Last two season: 1999/2000: Harps 0 Bohemians 1, Bohemians 1 Harps 0, Harps 0 Bohemians 0; 00/01: Bohemians 1 Harps 0.
