A quad muscle injury sustained by Stephen O'Brien sees Michael Geaney added to the Kerry side to face Galway in Sunday's All-Ireland quarter-final in Croke Park.

A positional change from the side that overran Cork – 0-24 to 0-12 on July 6th – sees Johnny Buckley at centre forward with Bryan Sheehan in midfield, where both actually played in the Munster final.

Declan O'Sullivan started that match on the 40 but Eamonn Fitzmaurice names the three time All Star at full forward.

KERRY (SFC v Galway): B Kelly; M Ó Sé, A O'Mahony, S Enright; P Murphy, K Young, F Fitzgerald (capt); A Maher, B Sheehan; M Geaney, J Buckley, D Walsh; P Geaney, Declan O'Sullivan, J O'Donoghue.
