RACING:ESTRELA BRAGE can make it third time lucky over jumps at Sligo this evening where the former high-class flat racer can initiate a double for trainer Edward O'Grady.

Co Tipperary-based O’Grady also looks to have a major player in the bumper with the Gowran winner Miss Nomer but Estrela Brage is an interesting starter in the second maiden hurdle.

Runner-up in a Listed race at Saint-Cloud in 2008, and also second in the 2009 Irish Lincoln and the Alleged Stakes, Estrela Brage had a couple of runs over hurdles last winter and a repeat of his third to Canaly at Fairyhouse in January should be good enough.

Miss Nomer takes on males, including the course winner Canadian Diamond, in the finale but she looked a progressive type when beating River Sava on her debut and can build on that.
