After Bernstein's National Stakes flop, Aidan O'Brien is eyeing up this weekend's festival of racing at Ascot to get the Ballydoyle two-year-old bandwagon back on track.

Amethyst, the full sister to King Of Kings who finished fourth in the Moyglare, is being considered for Saturday's Group One Fillies Mile which Sunspangled won last year.

Four Ballydoyle colts are in Sunday's Royal Lodge Stakes, with Royal Kingdom the most likely runner.

O'Brien could shed no light on Bernstein's poor performance yesterday. "We will take him out in the evening and see how he is but it's too early to say if he will run again this season," he said.

Edabiya, the 1998 Moyglare winner, will have her third race of the season in the Group Two Prix Hubert de Chaeudenay over 15 furlongs over the Arc weekend.

Other filly news surrounds Dazzling Park, who Jim Bolger will train for the Breeders Cup Mile followed by the Matriarch Stakes at Hollywood Park.
