More than ever, Irish travellers want to arrive at their destinations feeling fully recharged, which is why they are choosing Emirates, an airline that consistently ranks among the top globally.
The Dubai-based company is recognised in the industry for pushing boundaries and broadening its offerings. So, it comes as no surprise that its Business Class continues to go from strength to strength, combining sophistication, luxury and functionality.
Additionally, Emirates welcomes families in Business Class and offers dedicated services for young travellers. Fares include generous baggage allowances and priority check-in.
Its network of international routes is also expanding. Whether you wish to visit the Temples of Angkor in Siem Reap, admire the 67-metre-tall Lady Buddha in Da Nang or sail across the magical West Lake in Hangzhou, Emirates will take you there in style.

Pre-flight service
Luxury begins before passengers leave the house. Fly Business Class and Emirates will chauffeur you up to 80 kilometres to and from Dublin Airport. Once there, the VIP treatment continues with complimentary access to the Martello Lounge.
In Dubai, the Business Class Lounge features a bespoke Moët & Chandon bar, along with private showers and a spa offering massages, facials and grooming services, leaving you feeling refreshed before your flight or between connections.
On-flight hospitality
In Business Class, Emirates provides a range of enhanced amenities that highlight the fact that the journey is just as important as the destination. On every flight, trained and multilingual cabin attendants are ready to assist and will welcome you onboard with a glass of champagne. From Dubai onwards, make friends at 40,000 ft in the new A380 Onboard Lounge, where your favourite beverage is served alongside delicious canapés.
Much praise has been directed at the redesigned Business Class cabins, with ambient lighting and noise-reduction elements. Passengers can now relax in the soft leather seats, which fully recline, making them perfect for sleeping. Each seat offers additional comforts, including a mini bar, massage functions, power outlets and USB ports.

Mealtime resembles dining at an upmarket restaurant. Whether you’re on a short or long-haul flight, expect meals to be served on Royal Doulton fine bone china with cutlery exclusively made for Emirates by British silversmiths, Robert Welch.
Fitting for a global airline, Emirates offers passengers a taste of the world with a colourful variety of flavours, using the freshest ingredients. Enjoy a traditional Arabic mezze when flying from Dubai or a Mauritian chicken curry en route to Mauritius. Emirates’ chefs are continually learning about regional cuisines and techniques to give passengers a taste of the destinations before arrival. And for those eager to sleep, lighter options are available at night.
Accompanying mealtime is an extensive selection of beverages, ranging from champagne and wine to cocktails and spirits, such as Aperol Spritz and our very own Jameson whiskey.

Sleep and wellbeing
Gone are the days when long-haul flights meant neglecting beauty and grooming routines. In Business Class, Emirates has partnered with luxury brand Bulgari to create elegant amenity kits. Male passengers receive Man in Black fragrance, along with shaving balm, body lotion and lip balm. Female passengers are provided with face and body lotions, as well as a hand mirror. Other essentials include a dental kit, deodorant, earplugs, a foldaway hairbrush and more.
Sleep – or a lack of it – plays a vital role in air travel. When the time comes, you’ll feel as if you’re floating amongst the stars, thanks to the comfy mattresses and cosy blankets. Sleepwear is also available on long-haul flights and is made from modal – a premium, breathable fabric created from botanical fibres. Comfy slippers and eye masks are also provided. If all that weren’t enough, sleep oil and pillow mist will ensure you drift into a restful sleep.
Upgraded entertainment
Flights can be long, highlighting the importance of an airline’s in-flight entertainment. There will never be a dull moment during your journey with Emirates, because there are more than 6,500 channels available.
Known as ICE (Information, Connectivity and Entertainment), the entertainment offering covers the full range of Hollywood blockbusters, such as Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning and The Thunderbolts, as well as regional cinema in multiple languages. Emirates also partners with leading platforms like HBO Max, Disney+ and BBC, allowing passengers to access the latest series and documentaries.
There is also new music and exclusive content from Spotify to enjoy. With just a press of a button, you can hum along to international artists or listen to podcasts from the worlds of business, sport, entertainment and true crime.
It’s not just about the entertainment you select, but how you experience it. Keeping pace with the constantly evolving world of technology, Emirates offers the latest upgraded in-flight entertainment system. Business-class passengers are provided with noise-cancelling headphones to enhance their experience, delivering crystal-clear sound for hours of uninterrupted entertainment. Wi-Fi services on board allow you to browse, chat and work while flying.
The only downside of flying Business Class is that you’ll never want your flight to end.
