Sir, – Limerick’s International Rugby Experience first came to my attention when I heard its imminent closure discussed on RTÉ.
I had a look at the building online and it is clearly a lavish manifestation of unlimited wealth.
Am I the only one wondering why, at a time when so many people are crying out for homes, so much money was wasted?
If the people who created this fine structure had maintained the wonderful facade in front of practical family homes at an affordable price, I would be down on my knees thanking them.
