Primal Scream playing Screamadelica at the Heineken Green Spheres stage

Atmosphere: Everyone over 27 at the festival reliving one of the greatest albums of all time. The crowd grew to a couple of thousand with a solid pack in the front doing their darndest - and succeeding of upping a celebratory vibe. And as a bonus, there was not one Coldplay fan in attendance.

High: A brilliant ending triptych in Come Together, Country Girl and Rocks Off.

Low: The feeling that the Scream deserved a bigger crowd.

Quote of the set: "They just don't make albums like this anymore." - the mutterings of practically everyone.

Overall: A sparkling and electric end to the festival, full of guts and gusto, laden with great musicianship, fun visuals and the odd feeling of nostalgia being as immediate and impactful as ever.

Stars: 4 out of 5
