A protest against the installation of water meters by Irish Water is continuing in Donaghmede in Dublin.

About 60 protesters are on the scene at Grange Road and the company claims they are preventing work going on.

A total of 13 Irish Water vans are parked on the road and a number of women were pictured dancing around them this morning.

Irish Water said it was aware of a protest taking place in Donaghmede and said gardaí were at the scene.
