The quality of operator services offered by a number of providers has improved over the last quarter, the Office of the Director Telecommunications Regulation (ODTR) reported today.
Improvements were reported in the areas of business indirect access order completion; business and residential direct access fault clearance; leased line fault clearance; and residential direct access order provision.
The telecoms regulator Ms Etain Doyle said she was "looking forward continuing improvements in operator quality of service performance".
To enable consumers to make an informed decision, the regulator said she would be examining additional data from future reports.
