A 28-year-old man is to appear in a Dublin court tomorrow charged in connection with death of a Romanian man whose body was found in a suitcase.
The man, believed to be a Ukrainian national, was arrested in the north of the Dublin at 8 a.m. and was taken to Mountjoy Garda Station where he was held for questioning under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
He is to appear at a Dublin District Court tomorrow charged in connection with the investigation into the death of 21-year-old Mr Adrian Bestea, a Garda spokesman said.
Mr Bestea’s body was discovered on July 20th in a black suitcase in Dublin’s Royal Canal.
