Hannah Waters, who was injured in the balcony collapse last June that killed six people in Berkeley, California, returned to Ireland on Tuesday.
Ms Waters (21), from Castleknock, Dublin, was the only survivor of the fourth-floor balcony collapse who was still being treated in the United States.
Five Dublin students, Eoghan Culligan, Niccolai Schuster, Lorcán Miller, Eimear Walsh and Olivia Burke, and Ms Burke’s cousin Ashley Donohoe from Rohnert Park, California, died in the incident on June 16th.
A postscript for Berkeley as the last of our students heads home. Our hearts caught off guard & blown open. Godspeed. pic.twitter.com/hACWWHR2C6

The students had been celebrating the 21st birthday of Aoife Beary - one of the seven injured in the incident - at the time.
Ms Waters was being treated in the San José hospital.
She flew home on the direct overnight Aer Lingus flight from San Francisco to Dublin.
Ms Waters had earlier been treated at the Highland Hospital, Oakland, where her parents, Una and Martin, had travelled to be by her bedside. The DCU student has one sister and one brother.
Niall Murray (21), from Rathfarnham in Dublin, arrived home last Wednesday, also on the direct overnight Aer Lingus flight from San Francisco, after weeks of rehabilitation in a Californian hospital.
