Get your dancing feet on: DanceHouse, the purpose-built dance studio on Foley St, Dublin 1, is inviting people of all ages to come along tonight from 6.30pm to join in some of the 19 free dance classes.

Mental health debate: Sopranos actor Joe Pantoliano and British actor Stuart Semple will join a debate on mental health in the Lecture Theatre, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin tomorrow at 7pm. Meditation workshop: A workshop which combines meditation, chant and the Alexander Technique will be held in Glenstal Abbey, Murroe, Co Limerick on Saturday, January 19th.
It will be run by meditation teacher Marsha Eger and Alexander Technique teacher Niall Kelly.
