No there is a separate system for people applying with a FETAC PLC course. Essentially when you complete a FETAC course you are applying to the CAO on the basis of your score in the FETAC course and no longer your Leaving Certificate. There is a document which describes this process on the CAO website.   Go to student resources and the FETAC information.
