Deloitte, the global number one and second-largest professional services and consulting firm in Ireland, has commenced its search to fill 300 graduate positions through an innovative new graduate recruitment campaign called "Success Is".

The campaign highlights how success in the workplace comes in many different forms and emphasises the firm’s commitment to providing a “challenging but inclusive and enjoyable workplace”, and a career path where graduates can develop both personally and professionally.

The 300 graduate opportunities are available across Ireland in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast and Galway. Graduates can join one of eight programmes under four key business areas: Audit & Assurance, Tax, Consulting and Corporate Finance.

Students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply, including accounting, arts, business, law, science, technology, engineering, maths, among others

Deloitte has introduced an online application and assessment process which includes an option to apply from a smart phone or tablet.

The firm’s scenario-based graduate recruitment assessment presents graduates with situations they are likely to encounter at Deloitte and is designed to provide an understanding of what makes people successful at the firm.

Speaking about the graduate programme, Brendan Jennings, Managing Partner, Deloitte Ireland, says: "Through our graduate programme, we are offering graduates across many different disciplines the chance to experience and realise the careers they aspire to. Our programme allows graduates to grow with us and achieve their career goals. We are excited to meet those interested in joining us to build our team and collaborate with us in delivering exceptional work on behalf of our clients."

Orla Graham, Chief Human Resources Officer at Deloitte Ireland, said: "Young leaders measure career and life success in many different ways, they don't just prefer inclusive and engaging workplaces – they require them. Millennials also view "inclusion" more broadly than the "diversity" focus of previous generations. We strive to provide the leaders of the future with an environment where they will succeed and thrive."

Applications for all graduate positions can be made via the graduate recruitment website-deloitte.ie/students. The closing date for applications is October 18th, 2017.
