Two men were hospitalised after a burglary at a house in Finglas, Dublin city, on Thursday night.
Gardaí are investigating the aggravated burglary, which took place at about 10.30 pm.
A Garda spokesman said two males entered the house on Heathfield Way armed with what were believed to be a shotgun and a knife.

The assailants then left the house with a small amount of cash and drove away from the area in a dark coloured car.
