A former Goldman Sachs executive accused of raping an Irish student during a party on Long Island, New York, appeared in court on Friday and was ordered to return again in a week.

Jason Lee (38), who was a managing director at the financial firm has denied raping the 20-year-old woman at a luxury holiday home in the Hamptons last year.

He denies charges of rape, assault and sexual misconduct. His lawyer has previously said the sex was consensual.
