Gardaí in Dublin have seized what they described as a “large quantity” of cash as part of an investigation into the sale and supply of controlled drugs.
They carried out searches at two houses - one in Raheny and one in Clonshaugh - on Thursday, a Garda spokesman confirmed.
“ During the course of the searches, gardaí recovered large quantities of cash in euro, dollars and sterling. There were no arrests and the investigation in ongoing,” he added.
