The body of a man aged in his 40s has been taken from the River Liffey near the Samuel Beckett Bridge.
The emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 7am on Wednesday.
Gardaí said the death is not being treated as suspicious and the man has not yet been formally identified.
The body was found near a small boat dock on the quays, close to the Convention Centre building.

Two fire crews and an ambulance were also on site but left the scene at 7.20am.
A spokesman for the Dublin Fire service confirmed emergency crews had been called to the scene of a deceased body in the River Liffey, and that “the operation was on-going”.
