Ms Catriona Ruane, spokesperson for the campaign said political interference and misinformation would lead to the men not receiving a fair trial. The trial starts this Wednesday.
Known as the Colombia Three, the men are charged with assisting the Marxist FARC guerrillas and with the use of false documents. The three men deny the charges.
They were arrested in Bogota Airport on the 11th of August last year and have since been held in three jails amid claims their lives were in danger.
They were due to appear in court for a hearing last week but in line with Colombian law chose not to appear. The men's defence lawyer, Mr Jose Luis Velasco, said last Friday the men were still considering whether to show up at the court this Wednesday.
The Bring Them Home Campaign said the case had already been prejudiced by public comments made by senior and political figures in Colombia.
The three men, who deny being IRA members, justified their refusal to appear in court last week saying they fear they will not get a fair trial because of political pressure from the US and Colombian governments.
