Irish haggle the least

The Irish are bashful about haggling, with 30 per cent feeling guilty about negotiating over small sums of money. Just over half of Irish people (56 per cent) haggle over prices on holiday; at the top of the European haggling league are the British: more than three-quarters (76 per cent) are prepared to fight for a bargain, says Hotels.com.
