Toobs are silicone dispensers into which you decant the gloop you can’t travel without, such as shampoo, suncream or Marmite. You rotate a window around the collar to identify common contents, such as “soap” or “lotion”, while the drip-proof lids are removable, for easier filling. A full dispenser comes in well under the 100ml airline security limit, andthe silicone makes it squeezable to the last drop. (€6.95-€7.95, humangear.com.)
The artwork on Lib Tech TRS snowboards is so good that it’s almost a shame to blemish them on the slopes. But it would be an awful waste to hang them on the wall or save them for virgin powder: the Total Ripper Series boards are at home on surfaces from the pipe to the rails to the hardpack, although the hard plastic spikes of Ireland’s dry ski slope at Kilternan might be a step too far. (From £370/€410, roho.co.uk, lib-tech.com.)
Feetbelts are cycling stirrups made from recycled seat belts. Stay in contact with your pedals no matter how rough the surface. Works on any pedal with reflector holes, and comes in three sizes. (From $20/€15, feetbelts.com.)
