Pichet head chef Stephen Gibson is cooking monthly seven-course pop-up suppers, using the best of ingredients for exploring themes such as “homage to the pig”. Beginning on October 20th and 21st at 8pm in a Fade Street loft and in the grandly bohemian Ormonde Wine Bar. Expect sleek Pichet-style service and a twist of theatrics.
