The Liberties: from €300,000 Actress Brenda Fricker is selling off her home in Dublin's Liberties area which spans three terraced cottages.
The Oscar-winning actress is selling the property in Watkins Square in lots through Michael Byrne Estates, which can be purchased individually or together.
Fricker caused a stir last week when she put the end cottage on the market - an L-shaped kitchen for €300,000. She has since decided to put all three properties on the market.
Number 21 Watkins Square is currently Fricker's bedroom and costs €375,000. A 58.5sq m (630sq ft) floor area, including a mezzanine, it has fitted wardrobes, an entrance lobby, an open brick fire and a utility room. The bathroom has a power shower, bidet and there's access to a rear patio.
Number 22 is smaller at 42sq m (460sq ft) for €350,000 and is a livingroom with an open fire, a bedroom and bathroom with a bidet, toilet and washbasin.
Number 23 is a kitchen with a utility room for €300,000. The cottages have separate gas and ESB metres and have a car space to the front. The agent says the owner "has agreed to rebuild the doorways between each cottage and the walls between their respective patios if so required".
