The site extends from the river to Fitzwilliam Street, and the four to five-storey apartment blocks are located around a central courtyard.

Built in 2004, prices back then for apartments bought off the plans were €275,000 for one-beds and from €355,000 for two-beds.

In 2007 one-beds went up in price to €450,000 and two-beds were from €490,000.

Bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted with quality sanitaryware.

Fitted wardrobes feature in the bedrooms, and there is also storage in walk-in cupboards off the hallways. The electrical spec is high with ceilings fitted with numerous downlighters.

The scheme is well located in a quiet spot, a few minutes’ walk from the village. College Green is a 25-minute walk along Pearse Street.

The apartments will be distributed among five four to six-storey buildings that are designed to maximise natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors opening onto decent-sized balconies.
