The third and penultimate phase of Gleann na Ri at Druid Valley in Cabinteely is being launched tomorrow with 40 apartments and duplex units ranging in price from £175,000 to £280,000.

When completed in the autumn, there will be nine blocks with a total of 170 units in this William Neville & Sons development. Ross McParland is the selling agent. This phase comprises two four-storey blocks, the ground and first floors of which contain two-bedroom apartments. Three and fourbedroom duplex units make up the third and fourth floors.

The two-bedroom apartments range in size from 644 sq ft to 715 sq ft and are priced from £175,000 to £185,000. They will have a lounge area, kitchen and a main bathroom. The main bedroom will have an en suite shower room. First floor apartments come with balconies.

The three-bedroom units are spacious at 953 sq ft to 1,026 sq ft and cost from £215,000.

The duplex units have a kitchen/diningroom, a lounge on the upper floor, and bedrooms on the lower floor, two of them with en suites.

The three-bedroom duplex units are 1,340 sq ft and are priced from £240,000. The 1,600 sq ft four-bedroom duplex units are 1,600 sq ft and cost £280,000.

This phase is expected to be ready for occupation by May. There is one undesignated parking space per unit, and provision will be made for visitor parking.

Located in south Co Dublin on the west side of the N11, the development is situated a mile south of Cabinteely with a backdrop of the Wicklow mountains.

The current phase of Gleann na Ri is on show from tomorrow at 12 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
