Finglas: from €240,000The final phase of Woodgreen Builder's €100 million Premier Square on the former Premier Dairies site in Finglas, Dublin 11 is being launched today.

Located between Finglas village and Glasnevin village and less than three miles from the city centre, Premier Square is a development of 338 apartments.

The last release of 39 apartments start at €240,000 for one-bed 47sq m (505sq ft) apartments and from €290,000 for two-bed apartments from 70sq m (750sq ft). The price includes car-parking. Hooke and MacDonald is the selling agent.

The development rises to seven storeys and most apartments have balconies. Five of the blocks are located along an escarpment with a further three blocks arranged around a series of pavilions along the main road.

The site has had several re-incarnations and was also formerly known as Merville Dairies which produced ice cream. It was owned in the earlier part of the last century by the Craigie family and provided employment in the area.

Woodgreen Builders is also behind the Old Mill development at Cross Guns Bridge in Phibsborough and Palatine Square in Arbour Hill, Dublin 7.
