Situated off Cork Street, the first 30 apartments are being launched off the plans today by Hooke and MacDonald.

Built by Naltmore Ltd on the site of an old brewery and designed by Horan Keogan Ryan, there will be 76 apartments in the development in total.

One-bedroom 49-56sq m (525-600sq ft) apartments are priced from €320,000, and two-bedroom apartments of 60-78sq m (645-835sq ft) are from €380,000.

Standard features include tiled kitchen floors, integrated appliances (including electric oven and hob with extractor, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer).

Bathrooms have wall and floor tiling, thermostatically controlled showers, granite top vanity units and recessed lighting.

There is a digital connection in the livingroom and main bedroom. Common areas include courtyards for residents and a landscaped private roof garden.

Naltmore Ltd was also behind Gloucester Square, Belfield Office Park, Colville House in Talbot Street and Smithfield Market.
