Ingredients
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 100ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt & pepper
- 1 small red onion, very finely chopped
- handful tarragon, very finely chopped
Put all the ingredients together in a glass jar with a lid and shake, shake, shake. Use to dress a simple salad of green leaves. Stores perfectly well in your leftover jars and no need to wash up any utensils from making the dressing!
