Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 350g broccoli or broccoli spears
- 200g egg noodles
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
1 Cut the broccoli and its stems into bite-size pieces and set aside.
2 Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Usually boil in plenty of water for 3-4 minutes.
3 Place a frying pan over a high heat. Add the olive oil and fry the sliced chicken for a few minutes until light golden. Add the sliced garlic and cook for a few seconds before adding the broccoli.
4 Leave to cook for a minute before pouring over the honey and soy sauce. This will bubble for a few seconds then remove from the heat. Add the sesame seed oil and noodles to the pan. Mix together well and divide between four bowls and scatter with sesame seeds
