One person was taken to hospital on Wednesday night after a fire in north Dublin.
A spokesman for Dublin Fire Brigade said the blaze at an apartment block in Northwood, Santry, had been brought under control.
“Dublin Fire Brigade has begun to scale back the response,” he said. “The scene will be handed over to gardaí once firefighting operations have concluded.”
Seven fire engines, including a turntable ladder and emergency tender, tackled the blaze.

Three ambulances also went to the scene, which had been been cordoned off.
The blaze broke out early on Wednesday evening. Dublin Fire Brigade had reported that smoke was visible.
