What's on your rider?Nothing at the moment – we're not big enough for one yet!

How do you get to the gig – limo, taxi, walking? Our little red fun bus has gotten us around the world, nearly.

READ SOME MORE

What's the best gig you've been to?We opened for Supergrass a while back; it was one of those shows where I knew every track they played. Great band.

What are your favourite and least favourite venues?Favourite venue would be either Mandela Hall in Belfast or Olympia in Dublin. Don't really have a least favourite, as it depends on the crowd, not the venue.

Who's the most famous person to have shown up at one of your gigs?Jack White.

Most embarrassing on-stage moment?Tom, on stage at the Academy, fell so bad I was embarrassed for him. Was gas, though!

What's your crowd-pleasing number? Fleetwood. The ladies love to sing along to that one.

What's the most you've ever paid for a gig ticket?I haven't paid for a ticket to a gig in years.

Chatting between songs – good or bad?Depends on what the chat is about, but rather as little chat as possible. People don't wanna hear someone talking crap.

How many roadies does it take to change your lightbulbs? We're a simple three-piece, so it doesn't take much to set up, but we're getting bigger each show we play.

Have you a special stage wardrobe? No, I wear what I usually wear on a normal day, but you gotta look good, even behind the drums.

Do you like to meet and greet fans after the gig?Yeah, it's all about the fans. We're

never gonna be superior over anyone.

Any useful stage tips?Don't get drunk.

What's the worst thing ever thrown at you?A dirty pair of knickers.

If you could be in any other band, which one?The Shane Kinsella Experience.

Who's invited to your aftershow party?Jack White.

What's your best tour story?I'm sure I'll have plenty to come in time, so I'll get back to you on that.
