Maya Jane Coles apparently doesn’t care for idle hours.

This full-length album is the latest in a long line of the producer’s releases, remixes, collaborations and, of course, high-ranking club and festival appearances.

Nocturnal Sunshine is a couple of rooms away from Coles’ usual tech-house mainstream leanings, where slo-mo, downtempo, broody bass gets to reign supreme and cast its spell.

Hotel and Close are full of melancholic splendour, each track benefiting from Coles's perfectly finessed textures and tones.
