Longitude announces first acts for this year’s festival

Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazer and The National will headline Marlay Park event

Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazer and The National are among the first acts announced for this year's Longitude festival.

The festival will return to Marlay Park in Dublin between Friday, July 15th, and Sunday, July 17th.

Acclaimed rapper Kendrick Lamar will headline the festival’s opening night, while Major Lazer and The National will headline the Saturday and Sunday nights respectively.

Jamie xx, Father John Misty, Chvrches, Róisín Murphy, Action Bronson, Courtney Barnett and MØ will also play this year's festival.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, January 29th, at 9am.

Tickets for all three days cost €159.50, while day tickets cost €64.50.
