A fundraising gig for independent arts space and venue The Joinery will take place at Dublin’s Grand Social on Friday, April 27th.

Donal Dineen, recent Choice Music Prize nominees Patrick Kelleher and His Cold Dead Hands, Legion of Two and The #1s will form part of the musical entertainment at the event, which is part of the On/Off fundraising initiative.

The money raised will go towards keeping The Joinery - which regularly hosts independent and unusual gigs - on its feet.

“The fundraiser’s primary purpose is to raise monies to allay some of the operating costs inevitable with running an alternative art space in Dublin, but it also helps to raise the profile of the organisation, and allows its supporters to show their appreciation for The Joinery,” said venue programmer and promoter Darren McCreesh.
