Dublin-based digital marketing agency Brand Social is poised to expand into Britain, opening new offices in London and increasing its staff numbers.
The company, formerly known as The Creative District, is hoping to create six jobs at its UK base by the end of the year, adding to the six positions already at its Dublin offices.
The agency will provide digital marketing services to UK-based brands, including digital media planning and buying, mobile and socially-integrated campaigns, search marketing and strategy.
Current customers include Universal Pictures, RTÉ and the Digital Marketing Institute.
Managing director Ken Stanley said the company’s rebranding coincided with its focus on overseas markets, as it needed a more globally accessible image. However, he said Brand Social was still planning to develop in Ireland.
“International expansion is a significant step forward for us and while we’re ambitious about our plans for the UK, we are still very much focused on continuing to build on our customer base in Ireland, where we are headquartered,” he said.
