A WELL-KNOWN group of north Co Dublin pubs is heading for liquidation, it emerged yesterday.

A WELL-KNOWN group of north Co Dublin pubs is heading for liquidation, it emerged yesterday.

TB Two, which owns a number of pubs in Skerries, Co Dublin, has called a creditors meeting for early next month where it intends appointing a liquidator.

The company owns the Coast Inn and the Black Raven, two popular pub/restaurants on Church Street in Skerries.

Both business names are registered to the company, along with TB Two.

Its directors are Christy Jenkinson and Liam Cabrini, who both live locally. The pair are also shareholders, along with Vincent McDonald and Waterview Ltd, in which Mr Jenkinson is involved.

The creditors meeting is scheduled for July 9th at the Tara Towers Hotel on Dublin’s Merrion Road.

Documents filed with the Companies’ Registration Office show that Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has a fixed charge over company assets and over one of its properties.

National Irish Bank has a charge over the Black Raven.

Attempts to contact the directors and the businesses themselves were not successful yesterday.
