Some of Ireland’s, ahem, finest corporate brains gathered last night at the Clyde Court Hotel in Ballsbridge for a fundraising quiz in aid of Haiti.
The so-called corporate challenge was organised by the Soul of Haiti Foundation, a charity set up by a group of Irish entrepreneurs in 2007 to support projects in the poverty-stricken country. Forty-two teams coughed up €750 each for a table of six and the organisers were hoping to net €40,000 from the night. A magnum of wine from the vineyard of “Russian” actor Gerard Depardieu, was up for grabs for the winning team.Pictured above from left; Neil OLeary, Isolde Moylan, Michael Carey and Sarah OTooler, all Soul of Haiti Foundation members.
