They're flashing the lights at the Porterhouse pub group over the implementation of a shareholders' agreement for the exit of architect Frank Ennis. Oliver Hughes, the group's frontman, and his cousin Liam laHart have initiated legal action against Ennis to force the completion of a contract. He agreed last year to sell them his stake of about 30 per cent, which is pledged to a bank. Neither side was available for comment, and Ennis may well have an arguable defence as he has yet to file it. Pity they couldn't sort it all out over a pint of plain.
