The latest documents filed for Sarzala, the company established to take over luxury food retailer and restaurateur Fallon & Byrne and lift it out of examinership shed some light on the new structures at the business.
Fiona McHugh and her husband, Paul Byrne, together own 45 per cent of Sarzala, while fellow original investor Brian Fallon has a further 25 per cent.
Vincent Byrne and Karen McHugh both have 13 per cent and the remainder is held by company secretary Shane Harte.
Examinership
The rescue plan for Dublin-based Fallon & Byrne was approved a month ago, ending an examinership that stemmed from an inability to pay a €1.4 million tax bill.
The new beginning involved investment of more than €1 million and the appointment of businessmen Frank Murphy and Cormac Tobin as directors.
