A UK parliamentary committee says secret internal messages between top Facebook executives, held under seal in a US court, will make "good evidence" for the State's data watchdog Helen Dixon as she investigates the web giant. Mark Paul has the details.

Medtech giant Medtronic is shutting down the Galway operation of Crospon, an Irish company it bought just more than a year ago. Dominic Coyle reports.

Primark, the Irish-run international fashion retailer that operates here as Penneys, has in recent weeks agreed to settle a US lawsuit that claimed its consumer website discriminated against the visually-impaired. Mark Paul has the details.

Just days after Samsung unveiled its first smartphone with a foldable screen, Huawei has shown off the Mate X, a similar device that has a considerably larger display than its rival, but also carries a hefty price tag of €2,299. Charlie Taylor was at the launch in Barcelona.
