Company guarantees savings of up to 15% on fuel bills

Energia, which currently has a 28 per cent of the business electricity and gas market across the island of Ireland, has entered the residential market.

The company said its household services will guarantee savings of up to 15 Per cent off standard rates for both gas and electricity.

Energia, which is part of the Viridian Group, operates two major generating power stations in Dublin and a number of wind farms throughout the country.

The company has committed investments of €1.2 billion to its Irish energy infrastructure since 1999 and it currently provides services to over 65,000 business customers.

“ We currently power public lighting, mobile networks, shops, schools and colleges so we’re making a great contribution to life and living throughout Ireland and now we want to make an even bigger difference for home energy users all over the country,” he added.
