Finnegan Menton is seeking €800,000 for a currently vacant Georgian office building at 4 Hatch Street. Close by, work is progressing on the development of a new headquarters office block for Arthur Cox solicitors.

Number 4 is a double- fronted corner house with a total floor area of 230sq m (2,475sq ft). It features a central staircase with one principal room on either side, along with toilets, kitchen and stores at return level.

According to David Rowe of Finnegan Menton, as the house does not have a rear garden it was unlikely to be end up being used as a private residence, but may be considered for conversion into apartments.

Finnegan Menton recently let the three upper floors of office space in 11 Hatch Street at €301 per sq m (€28 per sq ft).
