With modern office suites under 464sq m (5,000sq ft) in short supply in the inner city, agent BNP Paribas Real Estate is expecting strong interest in two newly refurbished suites each with a floor area of 232sq m (2,500sq ft) at 2 and 3 Harcourt Centre.
While the agent is not yet quoting a definitive rent, the expectation is that owners IPUT will be hoping to secure in excess of €484 per sq m (€45 per sq ft).
In recent months, IBRC and Eversheds have leased over 929sq m (10,000sq ft) of upgraded space between them.
