Starbucks is to open its second store in Rathmines as Savills has just completed the letting of a high profile café unit at the junction of 1 Upper Rathmines Road and Rathgar Road, Dublin 6.
The unit comprises a ground floor café unit of 100sq m (1,076sq ft) which was on the market at a quoting rent of €55,000 per annum exclusive.
It is understood Starbucks has commenced its fit-out and will open for trade shortly.
The unit is adjacent to Tesco Rathmines and occupies a landmark location at the junction of Rathmines Road Upper and Rathgar Road, Dublin 6.
Stephen McCarthy of Savills, who handled the letting, cited very strong interest in the premises underpinning the ongoing demand from food occupiers seeking proven high profile ready-to-go locations particularly in Dublin.
