Starbucks is among four new tenants at Lucan Shopping Centre. It has taken a newly created unit of 203sq m (2,182sq ft) at the entrance of the centre on a 20-year lease with a tenant break in year 10 at a rent of around €70,000.

To facilitate this Lucan Dry Cleaners has relocated to an external unit of 38sq m (413sq ft) on a 10-year lease at a rent believed to be €27,000.

Key Capital, which manages the centre on behalf of Starwood which purchased it as part of a loan portfolio sale, recently secured planning for two new food outlets to enhance the centre’s food and beverage offering.
