Agent CBRE is seeking offers in excess of €1 million for a retail and residential investment on the Old Swords Road in Santry, Dublin 9, which will show a return of 8.19 per cent.
The investment will include a two-storey residential property as well as an adjoining double-height retail unit let to Centra on a 25-year lease from 2008 at a rent of €70,000 per annum.
The properties are in a prominent location close to Paddy Power and Cheers. Colm Luddy of CBRE said he believed the property would have a broad appeal to domestic investors.
