A scheme of retail, office and penthouse apartments built by Lee Strand Co-operative, the agent DTZ Sherry FitzGerald describes it as a landmark building for Tralee town centre. The joint agent is Sherry FitzGerald Stephenson Crean. Centrepoint is ready for tenants' fit-out and rents are €377 per sq m (€35 per sq ft) for retail while office accommodation is available at €215 per sq m (€20 per sq ft) with car-parking as extra.
