In a rare sale of a freehold business premises in Dublin's Temple Bar, QRE Real Estate is guiding in the region of €1.2 million for two interlinking two-storey retail premises at 33/34 Essex Street.

The ground-floor restaurant unit is 241sq m (2,600sq ft) and is let to a company trading as The Big Shindig under a 25-year lease from 1996.

The rent of €75,000 is due to be reviewed in June 2016. The investment is being sold on the instructions of Ken Tyrrell of PwC.
